Managing Director Leticia Maniaul took part in the 21st season of Professional Learning Communities at Work held at Long Beach, California on September 19-21, 2018.
The PLC at Work connects the big ideas of the professional learning community process with the beliefs and practices within a school.
“School leaders worldwide were asked to individually and honestly assess the current status of our school in terms of professional learning community,” Maniaul said.
“ I have shared that due to the rising number of Filipinos in the UAE, TPS was established,”she added
Professional Learning Community was made more imaginative in TPS ensuring that every educator is on meaningful team focused on student learning and ultimately on safety.
According to the managing director, the seminar, where she described very edifying, taught the cultivation of collaborative culture through the development of high-performing teams.
“I was also delighted to meet in the US some Philippine based Catholic school leaders willing to transmit the highest level of educational practices to Filipino youth through the power of right collaborative learning, “the MD told TPS Insights.
